I've recently viewed several make-up tutorials on You-Tube and MAC paint pots have been used as eyeshadow primer. I've been using Benefit Stay Don't Stray and recently purchased Urban Decay Potion Primer. My eyeshadow stays all day with both and without creasing. Stay Don't Stray dries down like a full coverage foundation, where as the Urban Decay is more moist. I typically apply a light eyeshadow color from lashes to brow, then medium shade on 2/3 of outer lower lid and crease, followed by darker shade to contour crease and outer lid. I've never used a primer under lower lash line, which I have seen done. I either use BE power liners or Urban Decay pencil liner (soften this pencil line with co-ordinating eyeshadow) and both stay all day, from 7AM until I return home at night. Have any of you purchased the MAC Paint Pots, and if so, what are your thoughts? Does anyone have the MAC pencil brush and how does this compare to the BE double-ended eye brush that came in a kit years ago. This BE brush has a deep purple handle with one end an eyeshadow brush and the other more pointed. Also, any recommendations of great You Tube makeup tutorials for a 43yr old would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help! Have a wonderful day!
