Confusion...

I'm on the fence about TSV. Even with the price markdown, it's very expensive. I have used and loved Purity Made Simple and do understand that the TSV is a treatment. My question is this: Where does one fit in the Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash with the TSV? (Sounds like I'm spending a great deal of time at the sink!) Thoughts, please.
