Confused about Clarisonic Deep Pore brush

When the recent TSV was presented, the host indicated thatthe bristles on this brush turn in two directions at the same time. The way she explained it, the inner white and inner blue bristles had "dual action" so went two different directions apart from one another. Well, I got my brushes, and the blue and white "inner bristles" are anchored to the same plate of plastic, so there is no way they could move in different directions. The outer white bristled remain stationary as with all Clarisonic brushes. What exactly IS the different between the deep-pore brush and the "other" brushes then? Anyone have any ideas?
