Concealer primer?

Is there such a thing? Just recently I started noticing my concealer settling into fine lines under my eyes later in the day. I don't think changing concealers would make a difference, just a case of getting the lines as I age. I don't use foundation so have never tried a primer. Would a regular primer work or is there something special you would recommend? I hate adding another step to my pretty simple routine, but I don't appreciate the look, LOL.
