Hi ladies 
It's been a long time since I purchased a concealer, but I feel like I need to have one in my arsenal, because I do get the occasional blemish and/or dark undereye circle.
I would like to know, should you err on the side of lighter or darker with concealer? What is the rule? Kinda clueless, here - help! And any recommendations are welcome!
