Hello Friends,

Thanks FUTURE for posting the 91 day challenge. I want to give it a whirl. Just wish it started now as I'm off for 2 weeks.

Kay SD- Good for you!! You must feel so much lighter and how awesome about your bathroom remodel. I totaly know what you mean I have lots of WEN myself!

I'm still plugging along. Have my ups and downs and its a constant battle not to add to the stash. I've posted before that one of my goals was to use up all my handsoap, I had reached the end of my BBW stash of handsoap and recieved 1 more as a teacher gift in June. I opened it at the kitchen sink. I almost caved on friday to buy more handsoap with their buy 7 deal. I was online and went into pumpkin coma I love those fall scents, telling myself their was a 10 0ff and free ship deal too. So how could I go wrong? Common Sense prevailed and I remembered how long I've worked for this and how many more other brands of handsoap are in the stash PLUS all that shower gel waiting to be used up as handsoap too. I need to open up a Pumpkin Philosophy 3 n 1 ASAP. And whats with me I could NEVER buy just 1 when you can get 7. I need to stop that. Buying 1 wouldn't have been that bad, but 7 SHEESH! Thank goodness I didn't. So beware all of Pumpkin Coma.

Another story, DH made a huge batch of sausage and peppers. So went to put them in freezer containers to freeze. He had also made sauce recently so alot of my containers were being used already in the freezer. I checked the cabinet and was relieved I still had some that were not in use. YEAH RIGHT. What a mess lids that didn't fit containers what a mish mosh. I spent more time matching then he did chopping. They must have multiplyed at night and nothing fit right!! I finally matched enough matching ones the rest are now gone. The sad thing is I had just did this not that long ago and used permanent marker to match the lids. I need to invest in one size with the same lid and chuck everything else. What a waste of time. Why keep things hoping the lids are going to show up? Oh well wish I could of had you all over for dinner and given you some to take home in a leftover dish with foil as a cover, How embarassing but I'm sure my compact friends would have understood! Have a good day! Kathie

OK, who's doing the 91 Day Challenge? I just looked at the first week's challenge and it doesn't look all that difficult. Maybe we can report our progress here?

Thanks Future for posting about it.

HEy, girls! I'm doing it. I don't have a. Ton of stuff to get rid of (already did that), but maybe it'll push me with anything I might be on the fence about, as well as organizing a little more! Glad some of you are finding it helpful. I finally made a big donation to the Goodwill this week. I had a bunch of books I donated. I almost had a panic attack yesterday, because I didn't really go throughout them, and then I was freaked out that there were pictures or letters or pay stubs or something in them. Oh well. Too late now. I'm sure my fears are irrational. But you never know who is going to pick them up and I'm a really private person. I think I need a Xanax in my coffee......lol!! Have a good day!

It doesn't look that bad, does it? In fact, the room that I think of as the "living room" isn't that cluttered. Well, until I get to my desk where I'm sitting now. I have a collection of scraps of paper with cryptic notes to myself. I'll need to address the desk.

The only other clutter is on the floor. I see a squirrel, a rabbit, an elephant, two birds, a snake, a raccoon, a piece of antler, and a Nylabone. Some women decorate their homes according to a specific style or period. I've decorated my house in dog.

Maybe it's time for the dog to get a toy box. Or not. {#emotions_dlg.blushing}

The number one reason I'm not a vegetarian. I'm a purist: Sausage and peppers -- no onions.

A few years ago a coworker gave me a gift certificate to Bath & Body Works. Hadn't shopped there in years. Went online and went berserk. I have a closet shelf full of Vanilla Bean Noel. Shower gel, lotion, body cream. Enough for a lifetime. Do I use this daily? No. Have I made a dent in this collection? No. Is it getting old up there? Yes. Has the product turned? Very likely. Will I need to pitch it all one day? Definite possibility. Could I kick myself?

Oh, yes.

I've actually used my entire stash of BBW soaps! I'm getting low on one for the bath and have decided while I love the smells to keep it simple and replace with Dr Bronners. That way I can be sure of what is or isn't in this case being absorbed into my body. The fewer chemicals the better!

Oh, yes.

I went into BBW yesterday while in the mall. Their Lemoncello Soap was on sale and it smells wonderful, stopped for a sniff. Didn't buy it. I smelled the other 7 I was thinking about and only liked 1 of the them. Another 1 was just ok. The others were not my cup of tea. So glad I didn't buy those 7. I would have been kicking myself. Lesson learned!! I left with nothing!!
