I've never used the product you pictured, so can't help you with that. Sorry.

 

I use the ColorScience SPF loose powder with attached brush - I carry it in my purse for touch-ups as needed.  I really like it and it's lasted me over a year so far (I don't use it much).

Haven't used that particular product, but the brand is good.

I have (and do now) use their similar product for Calming and protecting. It is suppose to tone down redness. It is a thickish tinted product in the same packaging. The same full price. I like it very much. I am not familiar with the Matte version.

It has a pump.
