Okay, I've decided to let my natural color grow out to see just exactly what it is (in other words, how much grey there is). However, I'll mostly likely color it at some time in the future and I have a question.
Aren't dark roots a bad thing? Don't those need to be covered up? I've noticed a lot of women have them, but also have other colors in their hair. It actually looks like they need a touch up (maybe that stuff that Joan Rivers sells). I've even watched a reality hair show when the professional hair dyer (or whatever) says a color like that is good, and it looks terrible to me! Am I hopelessly out of date?
