Some time ago when I had a Sephora bigwig makeup artist help me choose the right shade of foundation and concealer, she also used a product that she said would help darkness under my eyes and on my lids.
It was Sephora's brand of color corrector in a wand called Bright Future. There are several colors for different purposes, but she used the 03 Pink/Rose on me. Just a tiny amount brightened up that whole area. So I bought it as well. Then I sort of forgot about it.
I rediscovered it this week and amazed at how it improves my look. I can even use it alone, but I usually use it under a lesser amount of concealer than I would otherwise use. It actually seems to cover as well as brighten. It's a very natural look, too.
The have recently added a luminizer in a wand that is also called Bright Future in several shades, including rose. Don't get them confused.
Both are a comfortable $15.
