Has anyone here ever ordered from Coastal Scents? I received a sample of an eyeshadow palette called Revealed in my Birchbox last month. I thought the small sample was good so I randomly checked the website and it turns out that the palette looks like a combined dupe of Urban Decay's Naked and Naked 2 -- it is usually $19 but on sale for $13. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the quality of the shadows will be like sometimes the samples can be deceiving : ) Thank you!!

Lisa, I don't know about specific eye shadows from Coastal Scents, but I have the huge 6 pan matte "Contour Blush Palette" which I occasionally use for blush and eye shadows. I do not like shimmer, glimmer, opalescence, anything like that. The CS colors are extremely highly-pigmented--it's easy to apply too much. These wear well and are great to have around and can tone down the shimmer on an eye shadow or blush. This palette is made in China, so just know that, which makes me think all their things are. This palette was like $20 or something, and it is just about a lifetime supply.

Coastal Scents gets gets good reviews on Musings of a muse blog. You can search her site to get more details. It looks like a nice palette.
