@Icegoddess  I would imagine someone would have to file a complaint,No? I can't imagine the way the FDA is being run these days or ever really, that they are policing these big cosmetic companies with any semblance of fervor.

@blackhole99 , probably, but it does happen.  Plus, people who work with the FDA also watch TV like the rest of us.  They see the same commercials we see.  Some may even enjoy watching the shopping channels.
