Cleanse, rinse, repeat?? New to Wen

I just received my TSV! Yay! The directions state to cleanse, rinse, repeat. Do i do my first cleanse and finish my shower like recommended? And then just quickly do the second cleanse? Or, let the second cleanse sit in my hair for awhile too? TIA
