I still love Laura Gellar make up, just received her 3 piece lip kit!

But I buy all my face and body care/ cleansing products elsewhere as I'm very picky

about ingredients - don't like witch hazel, too drying! And I find much better prices.

Re: Clean Beauty

[ Edited ]

BHT is a preservative used in food and cosmetics. It is not considered to be a clean ingredient b/c that ingredient has some health risks associated with it.

ETA-

BHT is not one of the ingredients listed for Qvc's clean beauty.

Geller is still using talc as the basis for all her powders, hardly Clean.

@sunnygirl 007

'Clean Beauty' is not a standardized category. In other words Qvc has their own set of clean ingredients and it might not be the same as other retailers. 'Clean Beauty' is a marketing tool used to get you to buy a 'clean' product rather than one that isn't 'clean' according to whoever you're buying from.

This is QVC's clean beauty statement:

"The QVC® Clean Beauty seal designates that a brand formulates products without sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, petrolatum, mineral oil, chemical sunscreens, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, triclocarban, and talc.

It also indicates products contain less than one percent of synthetic fragrances and are certified cruelty-free by a third-party source."

BHT is not listed in that list of ingredients.

It's in wild berry and the grapefruit ones. Just to be mindful what you put on or in your body . I'm sure people click on the ingredients.

I would suggest buying something else, if you are not happy with the ingredient list.
