I have heard the Clarisonic guy say during each presentation that it is NOT an exfoliator.

LOL, I think that may be the reason this post hasn't received much traffic yet. I only opened it on a whim to see what "Clarkson" was.
To answer your question - no, the Clarisonic is not an exfoliating tool. I still highly recommend it, though.
