Clarisonic pore brush?

I've had a Clarisonic for a couple years; I think I have the original. Does anyone know if the pore cleansing brush will work on that model? I've been confused about it because that brush is always shown with the newer Clarisonics. I'd love to get the brush, but I need to know if it will work on my older model.
