Clarisonic missing attachments.....anyone??????

I just received the TSV Clarisonic.....mine was missing Pore Brush and extended handle.......very dissipointing..........Customer service said to call Clarisonic!!!!!!! I said you got to be kidding!!!!! Waiting for a call back from QVC!!!!!!!!!
