Clarisonic customer service ROCKS!

I have been a long time clarisonic brush head user. (My first one was before they ever even had the Plus or Mia versions!). I upgraded to a plus version and wouldn't you know it, it died. The thing just wouldn't rotate at that high frequency anymore when a brush head was on, even when fully charged. I called clarisonic and the customer service rep said it was still under warranty (it's about 2 years old), and so they'd send me a brand new one with a prepaid label to ship the old one back, and the new one would have a full 2 year warranty! She said that when I register it, I'll get a coupon for $20 off a purchase on their website, too. I'm impressed!
