Clarisonic Customer Service Q

Hi ladies!

I purchased my Clarisonic in April 2009. I LOVE IT! However, I seem to be having an issue with my unit. It randomly has to decided to not accept a charge. I put it in the charger, and it doesn't beep that its accepting the charge. I let it charge for a few hours and it also still won't work. I don't know if maybe it had something to do w/ the power surges I was having during Hurricane Irene.

I know (technically) my 2 year warrenty is up, but I'm just curious to see what your experiences are w/ their customer service were. I really hope they can help me out. I would be pretty devestated that my unit is now inoperable, and nothing can be done besides purchasing a new one {#emotions_dlg.sad}
