... but this place still looks just awful to me. I don't think I'll be a regular part of this forum any longer, but I did want to thank all of the lovely posters who have been so helpful and kind to me during my time here. I met many terrific posters on this forum, and I valued their recommendations, experience, and worldviews. Thanks for all the good times, folks!

I agree with you. This was a place I really enjoyed coming to everyday to see what was new, get thoughts and opinions from a variety of people and learn from other’s posts and responses. It was fun and beneficial and I looked forward to booting up the computer to check in each day. It is no longer fun for me, it is too hard to find things, you have to keep signing in, the visual appeal is not there for me (I feel the same way about the new look they gave to the main website). I am convinced QVC’s IT department must really work for another shopping channel and their mission is to drive a chunk of the customer base away from QVC…and I think they are succeeding. LOL.

Change is not something I normally resist, there has been plenty in my life and my life has been good. But, change for change’s sake, or when change sets you back and there is no known reason why, that tells me to find a new approach. I am not saying I’ll never be back but my desire to come here has already dropped off dramatically. I have checked back periodically to see if any change for the better has occurred, but other that the Gamers finding a new spot I don’t see much progress or interest in addressing the many issues that are important to so many forum members. That is sad to me because QVC had a good thing going that often led to this forum being a supplemental sales channel for them. I have purchased things from QVC that I never would have, simply because people on the forum highly recommended them.

One thing I don’t understand is…since they consulted with some of the longtime forum members on the changes how come there are so many problems? Oh well, it is their forum and they can do what they want with it. It is my time and money, and I can do what I want with it.

Snarky responders need not reply. Move along and share your views elsewhere.

I can't remember if I got a survey, but I would happily tell them the issues now - if they leave blank sections to tell them!

The font is so small and light, I have eye issues anyway and I bet most of us need readers or bifocals.  It's just not fun getting eye strain when you have just gotten on the bds!  Used to be I could be on for hrs before getting eye fatigue.

Hope you don't leave or at least keep checking in, finger's crossed that things might improve?
