Yesterday was the first time I have ordered from Chaz Dean's site. Can someone tell me if I will receive an email confirmation telling me that my order has shipped along with a tracking number? TIA Smile

And also, generally, how long does it take to receive? I'm in California.

I was wondering the same thing...
Yes, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. I live in IL and ordered Friday morning and it was delivered today. Other times, it has taken a full week. ETA: I placed another order Monday and have not yet received shipping confirmation for it.

I ordered on Saturday and haven't received a shipping confirmation as of yet, but I imagine they have quite a few orders to process. Plus, if it's shipped from CA I should get it pretty quickly. Debated on ordering WWC on Monday but decided to hold off.

I ordered Monday morning just after midnight. I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet either. Unusual since generally it would be delivered Thursday. But I am sure this sale was huge for them. Once it is out the door, it really only takes 2 days to get to those of us in the Bay Area.

I used the WWC tonight. It's very nice. Very light/subtle, not in your face and just a soft peppermint (it was down on the list of ingredients so I figured it wouldn't be in your face).

As BG said, it's very season appropriate.

actually the peppermint oil is the 10th ingredients which is pretty high considering there are about 30+ ingredients. I am surprised it doesn't smell more pepperminty but actually yu are the first review that actually mentions the mint- most only mention the spice and citrus.

It's the top note for me. I dont get any citrus or spice. I used it again last night. I guess its like FAS where a lot if people only smell maple. I love FTP, but i don't smell pears in that one.

Chaz's studio usually ships very fast - Love getting The REPLENISHING TREATMENT MIST from there, usually so much sooner than the Q

Got my package today, which was certainly a reasonable time frame. Glad I did hold off on WWC as I got in on the 3 piece OTO which was a better deal than ordering those same pieces from Chaz's site, even with the discount. I did order a 1oz Tea Tree oil to try because everyone raves about it. I've always hesitated to try the TT oil since I don't like the scent of Tea Tree and really disliked the scent of the CC when I tried it a number of years ago. Have to say, I'm not a fan of the scent of the oil, but it's not as bad as my memory of the CC -- maybe it's the lack of menthol or the addition of eucalyptus. We'll see what happens when I give it a try as an overnight treatment...

Tea Tree can definitely be an overpowering scent but it is great as an overnight treatment. If you can't tolerate using it overnight you may just try to keep it on for a few hours on a day when you are going to be home for most of the day. Some have commented that they couldn't sleep since they couldn't tolerate the scent of a certain Wen oil. It is great that Chaz gives us the option to order a 1 oz. size of the oil that is better than ordering a 4 oz size on qvc and find that you really don't like it.
