I have to smile at your post, KateChopin. I have a friend who used to work at the Chanel counter, so I got samples of Sublimage eye crème, cleanser and moisturizer. I love them all! The cleanser is $100!!! I love it, but I can't justify the price of that. The Sublimage line is wonderful, though!

I know! I really wanted to criticize it!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Re: Chanel Sublimage---I want to hate it, but...

Many years ago when it first hit the market my local Saks was giving generous sample of Sublimage face and eye. So they kept me well stocked without having to purchase. Well now that I have run out, I have not taken the plunge. That price is too steep but loved the stuff!

I might go "trick or treating" for samples this weekend. If I still absolutely love it in two weeks, I will probably ask for it for Mother's Day---it can be a group present from all of them---and the dog---and my husband---lol.

Unless ( please!) someone knows a dupe that is reasonably priced??

I always buy my Sublimage products from Fragrancenet online. They have a 20% off code usually. Never had a problem, free shipping, and authentic/new products.

I don't know if you like evilbay but many go trick or treating as you say and then sell on ebay. Price can't be beat. .5 oz of the eye cream, in a pot which is not a great idea, is $225. There is a seller on ebay with three .1 oz samples, in a tube which I like much better and stays fresher, so .3 oz for I think about $35 including shipping. Order two sets and you've got more than the pot size for $70 and each tube stays closed until ready to use. I know samples are free but between gas, time, parking and being tempted to buy other things and landing up spending on things I don't need, this evil bay is a deal in my opinion.

P.S. I went through two sample tubes and it was not hydrating enough for my my uber dry under eye area.

Beauty blogger and YTer who loves it all! Cheers, Lulu Bea aka Lulu On Beauty - Let's be FACEBOOK beauty friends!

You are a good shopper for sure!

I have not tried the eye one since I have really sensitive eyes. My sample was for the face---and it was great!

Thanks for the tip!
