Capstar and or Program for fleas

I realize that this isn't beauty related, but I know that this will be seen by more than on the Pet Lovers which I already tried. I did get one reply - thank you again.

I am wondering if anyone has tried Capstar and or Program for fleas. If so, what regimine did you use and what were the results?
