Yes, you can layer two different SPF products but it won't increase the SPF protection. SPF 30 + SPF 30 = SPF 30, not SPF 60.
It's not necessary to apply two SPF products. Do one or the other.
Layering mineral with chemical sunscreens is not recommended. Doing that can make them less effective.

My makeup was looking cakey and I did my due diligence and decided on Cerave Resurfacing serum as my first step and then bought Loreal Revitalift Triple Power anti aging with SPF 30. I was looking for a blurring primer and one that has good reviews is Loreal Magic Blurring Primer with an SPF. My question is can you put an SPF on top of another SPF? If anyone knows of a good blurring primer for textured skin please feel to share. I chose the above because they deal with skin texture which I think contributes to the cakey look. I don’t go overboard with my facial items so it’s not that. No offense but please don’t suggest Beekman because I used the milk drops, bloom cream, and the spf primer which exaggerated texture.
@Allthingsgirly67 - I do with a variety of products. One of my tinted moisturizers has an spf and I put it over my AM moisturizer which has an spf and have never had a problem. Think one of my foundations has an spf too and it's not an issue. With the tinted moisturizer or the foundation, you aren't putting enough on for it to be enough spf coverage so don't depend on it for that but putting one over the other has not been a problem for me.

@Allthingsgirly67 , I layer mine...my moisturizer has an spf, then I top that with a plain sunscreen, usually an spf of 50 or 60. The only time I have a problem is when I'm using a C serum or hyaluronic that pills when I'm applying foundation. That's when I know either of those don't work for me...I just switch brands.
I dont use primers, so I can't help with that. I recently purchased Elf loose HD powder, and that blurs the pores on my T Zone.
I did have Beekman primer w/spf, and I did not like it...was runny, and clogged my pores. I'm not fond of any Beekman skincare for face, only the soap and body creams are nice. That's just an occasional switch up...I have much better body creams I prefer.

@SilleeMee ITA and if there's spf 15 or even more in your skincare before sunscreen or after or especially in foundation, that doesn't count either. The sunscreen in foundations are a miniscule amount compared to what you need to use.
