Re: Can anyone recommend a moisturizing lipstick?

Here's another vote for both: Too Faced La Crème lip cream and UD Revolution lipstick ! A good one from the Drugstore is Revlon ColorBurst lip butter.

Dior Addict! These are very hydrating and beautiful. Miami and New York are my faves.

I think the tarte butter ones actually dry out my lips. The BE Moxie's are good and also Josie's lipsticks with the argan oil around them. So pretty!

I agree about the Tarte.

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup} Love Josie's lipsticks. Pretty soft colors, very moisturizing, no funny taste.

Re: Can anyone recommend a moisturizing lipstick?

Here is another vote for Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter. WOW does this product feel good. I own about every color in multiples. Sweet Tart and Berry Smoothie are my dailies. Can't be without! I can NOT wear regular lipstick, it is just too drying and it feels tight on my lips. The Revlon lip butters are perfection for me. I don't mind trading "staying power" for a product that feels wonderful and just needs to be reapplied more often. Besides, applying lipstick is a fun part of being a woman Smiley Happy

Re: Can anyone recommend a moisturizing lipstick?

There are some beautiful colors in truly moisturizing lipsticks, but the fact is, they just don't last very long and that's really because moisture has to "move" on your lips. My local BJs has just started a sale on Neutrogena lip crayons, and they are beautiful colors that feel really smooth and creamy, but they definitely have to be re-applied every hour or so.

Although I'm not crazy about the colors, I do feel like Dalton's lipsticks are quite moisturizing. I've had a few in the last two years and they were very buttery on my lips.

Those Dior colors are the most beautiful, and my next beauty purchase...only thing is I really don't need any lipsticks!

I was just going to suggest using a lip balm before applying anything. I like Blistex Renewal and also the Eve Lom, but anything will do.

Re: Can anyone recommend a moisturizing lipstick?

darcy3 Just checked out the Dior Addict lipsticks on Nordie's and ordered Miami! I can't go too nude, too bright or too baby pink so this shade looked like a rosy berry shade which is what brightens my face the most . Thanks for the rec!
