line the inner upper lid? In other words, sometimes when I apply eyeliner, even though I get pretty darn close to the lash line, there are tiny empty spaces. My thoughts were to take this stuff and line the upper rim of my eye for a more finished look.

If this isn't the product, do you know else I can use?
