Sorry to bother.  Do you have a fav eyeshadow brand please?  I have always used drug store brands.  A lot of the youtubers in essence indicate brands like Natasha Denona make doing a look easier.  I have a hooded (deep set) eye.

Many thanks.

Many thanks.  I only found my color with Revlon.  I just had no need to spend my time going across town.  Now watching youtube, another world has opened up.

I know, not @Shanus but if you want to stay with drugstore prices I would look at Colourpop.  For the next tier, Too Faced and Tarte.  And then Huda Beauty, ABH, Nars and Sigma.  I have two Bobbi Brown single Shadows that are really nice also.

Hi @monicakm & @ECBG ... the problem with Colourpop is that they will not accept returns.   Also, they do not do price adjustments even if you place an order the day before an item goes on sale.

@ECBG  Hello. For deep set eys, look a small palette with a light shade for the lid and a bit deeper shade for crease. I've stoppoed purchasing the very large palettes ince I only use several shades and the rest are a waste of money.

***With deep set eyes, you don't want to go dark in the crease since that pushes that area back further. Using a shade that's a bit darker than your skin tone brings that crease area forward and gives definition, too. Also stay away from any liner except tightline or dotting the liner betwen lashes to define.

I did get the 9 pan gray set from Color Pop and loved the smoothness.  I could tell the shades were blue based, so I ordered.

I won't get anything yellow based with my olive complexion and it wouldn't go with my clothes.

@ECBG  - Are you starting to experiment with different colors?  At one point, you said you were only using one color.

True about Colourpop and buying from their website.  But, CP is also sold at Ulta and Target.  You'll find more of a selection at Ulta than Target.  They have some good products at more than reasonable prices on their website so I guess that's why they don't feel the need to offer extra services.

@monicakm

Thanks.  I just don't want sparkle.  I wear too much color in clothes.
