Re: Calista Tools TSV Nov. 21

@JeanLouiseFinch  Thanks for the image.  I thought it was going to be a brush dryer/styler.  A couple of years ago I bought a unit similar to this to try and I really like the results on my hair.  I have been looking for an upgrade (more wattage)  to what I presently have and the Calista may fill the need.

FYI: my hair is natural kinky curly.  With the brush and dryer as one unit it is so much easier straighten my hair, or just loosen the curls a little.

I don't know but I was tempted to purchase her brush heated iron until I read the reviews and only 3 stars.  When you are paying $100 or around that figure, I want to see 5 stars otherwise I jwill just buy a cheap one somewhere else.  From what you ladies have said about the upcoming TSV, I won't be purchasing.  Cat Very Happy

JeanLouiseFinch, Thank you for supplying. Not for me and the price is too high.

Q only has a few reviews on this item, but mostly negative....Maybe 2 or 3 stars. When I want to loosen my curls, I have a 1 1/2 " curling iron (drugstore). I grab large sections of hair and roll on iron, clip w/ duckbill clip & cool while doing makeup. Then just rake through hair lightly with fingers & lightly spray w/ humidity hairspray (LIVING PROOF NO FRIZZ).

Another tool from Maria this is just another blow dryer brush with a comb attachment you need tons of product in your hair to get any root lift and there are several other brands in the market for years the have ratings that are much higher and better reviews Maria is from the PA area and IMO gets alot of air time with black Friday and box stores and all the discounts prices can be beat if you peruse the Internet or online shop nothing special here

Re: Calista Tools TSV Nov. 21

My TSV arrived a few minutes ago and I tried it, first impression is very good, my hair was damp and it was able to handled my very thick mane of hair. I will play with it a little more later in the day.
