Anyone have any luck with them? I have been trying to get a replacement long roller for months. I was told back on Feb 3 they would send one and still have not received it and now they don't even answer my email. Very disappointed.

I too have had a problem with their customer service. I wrote an email about my Perfecter brush about the bristles coming off. I waited and waited and didn't hear anything. I found her on facebook and left a comment there. They got back to me right away after that. I think the customer service is awful.

I left a message on Facebook as well and did not get a response there either. Customer service is definitely awful.

I hate to say this, but I agree! I had to send my Perfecter back and get a replacement. Their CS is pretty bad. They didn't answer my emails. Luckily, I started writing everything down that transpired on the phone with them....date and time of the call and the person that I spoke with. I did get my replacement, but wasn't thrilled with their customer service.

I just received a roller in the mail yesterday. They never did reply to my email but at least I finally received a replacement. I also have the Perfecter but I have not had any issues with that.
