COLOR FADE

Hi, I've been using nothing but WEN for awhile. My hair was falling out and I hope it will start to grow back. My quesiton is, I'm a natural redhead going gray and I color my hair. But within 3-4 weeks the color has faded really bad. What kind of color does Chaz use that doesn't fade. I ONLY use WEN Thanks, Pam
