The Elf one is really good. It's $11 for 1.7 ounces. I have the Farmacy sweet apple right now. It's $36 for 3.4 ounces. I love this one and smells so good.

Wayne Goss swears by Eve Lom and claims to have been using like 20 some odd years. It’s in my local Macys and online at Macys as well. He just recently posted about it on you tube.

I use either Elf Holy Hydration Cleansing Balm or The Beauty Spy's Seoul Cleansing Balm and I liked them both equally well.  I use them on my eyes and have opened my eyes before rinsing off and never had a problem with either.  I do start my eye makeup removal with Lanome's BiFacil, followed by one of these balms.  I then remove with a wet washrag and that's it.  I don't double cleanse ever.
