Free shipping today according to web page. But when I placed order I was charged. Customer service seemed unaware. Even when I requested higher up they said no. I asked her to look at front page of web site and she said oh it does say that. Then took it off. They also said on air 20% off with qcard. That isn't happening either. I shop a lot less on Q now. Prices way too high and then they pull this stuff. One would think order entery and Customer Service would be aware of promotions like this. Beware when you order

If you ordered a beauty item, it is free shipping.

The QCard code worked fine for me. 20% off with a maximum of $20 off.

It looks like he 20 percent off is for a beauty item also.

@anxious1 - not sure how much more obvious the Q can make it - there is a big banner at the top of the web page saying Beauty items have free shipping through tomorrow. So if you weren't ordering a Beauty item, then it's obvious you wouldn't get free shipping.
