I saw these last nite on Inspired Style (# A290827). I was going to order the lg. rollers since my curly hair is now like Amy’s and I can wear it straight like hers w/ round brush & dryer...PIA. She said she uses the large ones on top. So, checked reviews....awful!!! Why do they still put these items for sale with such bad reviews?

If shopping from TV, don’t usually have computer handy to ck. reviews. Maybe instead of only showing when items have 5 ⭐️  reviews, they should also say under description when it has 2 ⭐️s...especially now that after 1/2 hr. order’s placed, it’s in process and can’t be canceled.

Luckily, I had second thoughts, waited until this morning and read the reviews & changed my mind.

I, too, was duped into thinking this would be superior to all of the cheaper brands used in the past--oh my, the negative reviews on this clearance item are numerous~!  With my long, fine baby hair, I can imagine trying to untangle each strand from these rollers.

I fell for this and they are terrible - fell right out of my hair within seconds.

Re: CALISTA HEATED ROLLERS

[ Edited ]

I saw these on tv last night too.  I love the Perfecter so these rollers caught my eye for a minute.  What turned me off, was that they are Clearance - not coming back.  That made me hesitant to purchase.

If I want to look at reviews (which I don't really do) I can look them up on my iphone while watching tv.  Or iPad.

@Shanus: If you read the reviews, you may have also read mine, 5 stars. Amazing, and I'm particular.

I think some reviewers didn't know how to use it. They pulled the rollers out, instead of unrolling them, for example. These rollers roll out easy and hold my hair (course and wavy) all day. Easy to get a silky look after only 5 minutes in my hair.

They may not have realized how to roll them in; hence rollers falling out. No big secret but you are holding the hair and roller up, high, and rolling down to the scalp. I never even use the hair clips and they stay in place.

Nothing for the price is easy for quick styling for my hair. I also use and love The Beach Waver (expensive) and The Perfector (takes longer).

I did mention that the green/red light doesn't actually function. But the rollers heat up immediately and are ready in 5 minutes.

@1Professor  Thanks for clarifying. The review about no auto shut off caused me not to order. I like to have that feature.

@Shanus, I have the large rollers and I really like them. I use them at least 3x a week. My hair is fine and straight, a bit past shoulder length. I use mousse, dry my hair and put it into a high pony tail at night. In the am I section my hair (pretty big sections, I’m going for body), spray with heat protectant/hairspray, roll each section (holding hair at 90 degrees to my head), secure with a clip and then get my smoothie, do my makeup, etc. I take the rollers out after they’ve totally cooled. I roll the curlers out and I don’t get snags. Style lasts all day and day two. Much easier for me than drying with a brush every morning, quicker too.

@Shanus  There are many items that go on sale because they are defective in some way.  For instance, shoes that could be too narrow or too wide,  tops with an odd fit and other items.  The Q wants their money -- bottom line.
