Buzz On Acne Questions....Please help!

Hi---after reading the Buzz threads--I got my bottle out and started using it yesterday. I must admit I probably did not give this enough time to see if this would work. My question is---what cleanser -moisturizer do you use with the spray? I know to stay away from anything harsh-but any other advice you can give me would be great!
