Bronzer Challenged

Maybe someone could advise me about wearing bronzer. I'm not really sure where to place it. I'm fair skinned so I don't want to over do it. I have bronzers in powder and cream form. I usually put it on my forehead, nose, cheekbones, and chin. I don't want to put so much on that my face looks much darker than the rest of me. Also do you put your blush on over or under the bronzer? TIA!
