Bronze Genius

Just received the Bronze Genius and have a question for anyone using it. This is discribed in the pamplet as a self tanning powder bronzer...the more you apply the deeper tan you get. I assume you use this on clean skin...not over your makeup? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
