Broken pumps

Love the product. However, I have twice received cleansers that won't release the pumps. The first time I luckily had an old pump and so replaced it with the broken one. The newest was the small size fig received with the beauty tube. I don't have a small pump to replace and getting it out by squeezing the bottle is a challenge. Anyone else having the problem and a solution? Thanks.

P.S. My dog Tika is a WEN girl too!
