Break outs with miracle worker..??

I recently added the miracle worker serum, retnoid wipes (I think thats what they are called, fresh pour) and the miracle worker moisturizer. I tried this line to help with fine lines on my forehead and after using the moisturizer I am noticing bumps in various places on my face. Maybe it is and allegic reaction to one of the products ???

I normally use the WHINE serum and moisturizer. Has anyone experienced this before? I am thinking about call philosophy not sure if that will help though. I bought the kit form Nordstrom too.

Any ideas?????
