Body odor and sweating!!!

Tried the natural type...crystal deodorant...was working this summer...but arms were free!! Tank tops allowed air to flow maybe...but...this winter...ugh!!! sweaty...smelly!! I am feeling hopeless...have previously tried SECRET CLINICAL...w/o success...

ANY IDEAS???
