If you Google you can find at least one article about the system she has been using on her hair for many years. It's shampoo and alternating masks for different needs of your hair. No conditioner.

It's being sold at Target, the prices are reasonable 

My hair responds much better to masks than 

conditioner. Blake also uses a pre shampoo mask, and I do that with the drugstore brand masks that I use.

Guess a lot of us were checking our feeds yesterday 😊  I have never had a so-called cream rinse I liked, so I think I am interested to check her ingredients.
