I know I need shampoo like I need a hole in my head LOL  but wonder if anyone tried this and likes it.

The conditioner might help with dry, breaking hair.  Shampoos are' as "repairable". IMO

Good luck.  I am a shampoo and conditioner junkie.  But I have a license, so I pay wholesal.  Biolage is an older brand.  Their hair balm/mask conditioner  used to be the Cadillac of conditioners in the salon..'

My hair is not dry and looks good dispite over-coloring to the point my hair will not lift color anymore.  I can not grow my hair at all. my bangs grow like a weed but the rest of my hair will not budge. i tried cutting and layering my hair to get rid of my bad ends as much as possible and my hair will still not grow. I guess i need a strengthening or repair shampoo?  I am trying to think of a good shampoo while beautybrands has their sale. My hair likes keratin shampoos such as suave professionals  but I am unimpressed with the biolage keratindose  so i thought about redken extreme.

try a cleansing/conditioning shampoo.  You don't need WEN you can find these "dupes" at drug store.  I believe Pantene, and a few others make them.  Then, since that won't work alone you need a good conditioner.  If your hair is over tinted and not dry you may need a good conditioner than is protien based rather than hydrating.  I love Joico KPAK reconstructor treatment.  You can buy this on Amazon or most Beauty supply stores.  BTW, come to think of it Joico makes a reconstructing shampoo that is good.

Another once a week or every 2 week treatment is Alterna Caviar sea mask.  Now this is pricy.  But a quarter size dollap should do.  It is weekly treatment, or less.  You put it on, I put plastic bag over it, and wait 10 mins.  This seems to strengthen hair.  But you can't use it all the time'

The matrix cc's are good and I have two of them but I need to rotate my scents. I heard nothing but good things about joico so I may see if beautybrands has it still.

I might try the Joico conditioner.  The scent is tropical?  I smell coconut, banana and something else.  Everyone always goes, mmmmmmm, this smells good. LOL.  The KPAK really works.  I can tell you this, some of the best salons in the country keep it in their "secret" arsenal!  LOL!  They will use it, and not tell you what it is.  Just "something they made special".  But I know the scent anywhere, and the feel.
