Another vote for MAC. I use MAC Studio Sculpt foundation. I have very dry skin in the winter, and this is awesome for me. I have never tried the full coverage one, but that sounds interesting too. Maybe you could go to the counter and put one on each side of your face to compare.
Oops. I just saw that the above poster said you can only get it online.

Lexi, in case you are not aware a proper sunscreen may work wonders in warding off those pesky dark spots. I know the sun is not the only cause, so you may want to work a dark spot corrector into your regular skincare regime. There are several non hydroquinone ones on the market now. I like Vichy Labs Pro Even Dark Spot Corrector, but there are quality products in a wide range of prices for this task. Garnier's version in drugstores for less than $15, and Porcelana which seems to have been around for most of my life (under $10) come to mind.
In the meantime for covering those spots, I'm still a M.A.C. Studio Tech gal when I want a full coverage foundation. Another one I like for spot coverage is Napolean Perdis' Stick Foundation.

I have some rosacea going on and I get good coverage with it.
I like it, too. Here's Lancome's description:
An innovation in age-defying foundation; this lightweight, moisturizing fluid blurs lines and wrinkles for up to 12-hours. The magic behind this makeup is Lancôme’s Micro-Lift™ technology with Pure Vitamin E that optimizes luminosity and leaves skin looking younger than ever. Instantly, your complexion appears flawlessly even and line-free. Moderate to full coverage. Ideal for normal to dry skin types.
Fragrance-free. Non-comedogenic. Dermatologist-Tested.
Forgot to add that it's SPF 20.

I recently tried Cover FX liquid and Kat Von D Lock It. I have dry skin and the Cover FX liquid worked better with my dry skin.
