Best creamy eye liners that last

Good Day, I'm looking for cream liners that last and yet go on smoothly. I don't want to tug at my eye lid to apply the liner. I've had little success despite trying many many many.....you get the idea. Thoughts?

I like tarte skinny smouldereyes, maybelline master drama and jordana gel pencils.

Urban Decay 24/7 and Tarte. Tarte are creamier, but UD lasts longer on me.
