Rx Retin-A (tretinoin) Is the only anti-wrinkle cream that works on fine lines and deep wrinkles. Add a good moisturizer after applying. Do your research on how to use it. You must wash your face with a good cleanser then wait 20 minutes before applying. DO NOT USE AROUND YOUR EYES. You will go thru several phases of major peeling, but once you get thru those phases you will see major good results.SUN SCREEN IS A MUST! Please do your research before attempting to use it. Insurance doesn’t pay for it.

@Wsmom   Well I'm a little confused. I looked at mask and it says facial mask on the packets. But if I go where I bought it it says both, also calling it PITERA Whatever that is. It does say for tightening, toning, brightness and dryness.  It does tighten my face a bit.   So smooth I keep rubbing my hands over skin to feel it.  They aren't cheap. I bought a box of 6 not too long ago, maybe early fall and they went up nearly 50 a box. But if you go to website they give first timers a discount

@Naturesbeauty   Retin A is one thing I wouldn't be without. I am 77, and lack many fine lines and deeper wrinkles, my face is pretty smooth. I attribute that to Retin A, and some sun screen.  Although I do love to lay in sun. I have used for 30 years a least. Sometimes  going without for a few months. It is a lot cheaper that has been in the past. And my tube last a few months. It cuts down on night creams, so you save there and retin A provides permanent results on most people.  I don't use a cream after, just RetinA. That's it.  But I use low dose 0.25%. I think

HI Sillimee

So I just went on this forum and have not been on for about 2 years. I saw your repsonse and always remembered your advice was so good. So i wanted to ask I use tretinoin ( I am in my 60's) but also using at home microneedling as I feel the two work well. If you also microneedle do you stop tretinoin for like 2 days do the microneedling and then wait 2 days? I just like both of these things and I look very young for my age they say. But you know so much thought I would ask. TY

@beauty0125

Whenever I'm planning to microneedle, I stop using tret for 3 days before needling. Then after needling I wait 3 days to start tret again. HTH. Woman Happy

Prescription Retin A is what I have used for years. Most OTC don't have enough in them. Although I am sure someone on here will argue that point.

I forgot when I want to get rid of most all of the fine lines for a day or two. Use SK11.  Or SKII.   I forget which spelling I don't have it with me. But these rice paper masks cover face and neck, with the magic sauce.  Apply lay down for 20.  And done. It does plump up fine lines and it tightens as well. Not cheap, but worth it when you want to look best

Hi @shoekitty   I want to try this!  Thanks so much for the recommendation.  I found it I think, but it does not cover the neck.  Is there a separate mask for the neck?

Re: Best Wrinkle Cream

[ Edited ]

@NYCLatinaMe  I use Nutri Bisse for full neck and lower chest. The neck wrap a can go two ways around the neck-  jawline. Or I use it from lower neck , full chest. The Nutri Bisse for neck is like miracle.  I have bought from Amazon. But neimans, and other places sell them. Amazon sells by the each in individual boxes. It's 25.00.  But like spa treat,ent at home at least to me. I am 77, so boy I notice lol!    If you go to Amazon. They have a write up, and such so you could learn about it and what's in it. I believe the product is from spain

Thanks so much @shoekitty The SKI-II masks are, I think, $85 on Amazon, set of 6.  So I'm shopping.  It looks like the essence is the magic ingredient?  I will do the masks, and, if I like it, will buy the essence.  Thanks again!
