Hi. I need to lose about 50 pounds. I am so overwhelmed I don't know where to start. I have read several books and have gotten even more confused. One book says take wheat out of your diet, another says whole grains are good for you. Talk about mixed messages. Another book says cut out sugar and the next says no carbs. I really don't know if I should follow any of these plans. I know I am an emotional eater, I know I need to eat less and move more, and I know there is no easy path. I already walk 2-3 miles every day and lift weights 2 or 3 times a week. I am ready for making a lifestyle change and am wondering if any of your beauties have any advice for me or lifestyle changes that made this process easier on you and yielded success. Thanks!
