Best Sun Block

I have been using Neutrogena ultra sheer 85+ on my face, I felt my skin was drying so I change a generic brand 70SPF and I got a burn on my face. Now my face is peeling and feels awful. Is there anything better on the market that won't dry your skin and block at the same time? I am going back to Neutrogena because I used it last yr. and didn't burn. Thanks.
