Best Highlighter?

Hi All! I would love to try a new highlighter. The one I use seems to fall into my wrinkles and make my face look worse. I'm not sure where to start. I'm on waitlist for the IT cosmetics liquid.powder highlighter. Is that one the best? What about the other products out there, I know Laura G. and Mally both have a product.

Thoughts? I would use it for under my eyes/top of cheeck, and to highlight my brow bone.
