No. It take more time for me to wash my hair than to zap it with dry shampoo. My hair takes 2 hours to air dry and at least 15 minutes to blow dry. That's time I can spend on something else if I don't need to dry my hair.

I will point out that I color my hair so that means washing fades it, but have oily hair and have just now found a combo of products that will allow me to go almost two days between washes. I spray with salt spray, style, then use dry shampoo for volume and oil slick prevention. The salt spray give my super fine hair grip while the dry shampoo helps with the oil. Neither on their own work, but the combo does work for me. I have just barely below chin length hair, so this is a big help. Now when I had long hair to my bum, I could wash once a week and use a natural boar bristle brush during the week to pull my natural oils down.

The pantene worked great and no residue but the pump stopped working after first use and I noticed a lot of bad reviews on this. Salon grafix is no residue But dry shampoo I cannot seem to like.

Paul Mitchell extra body firm finishing spray works better than a dry shampoo, it was recommended by my hairdresser.

Pantene. In Target they sell the small travel size, so you can see if you like it first before getting a larger size. Also, several of their shampoos & conditioners have a FREE one right on the packages. I've never liked dry shampoos, but was really impressed with this one!

I like Psssst; I get it from Sephora and I use to freshen up blow outs (when I get them) between appointments. It's a fine aerosol mist that brushes out completed and easily and never leaves my hair dry or<br /> "dusty".

Cool-this brand is also readily available like Dove at drugstores, and both are at great price points. Thx
I recently read in Allure, Elle, or some other beauty magazine along those lines ( sorry can't remember which one) that Pssst was the original and still the best dry shampoo out there.

Re: Best Drugstore Dry Shampoo?

I have had really good luck with Garnier Fructis Volume Extend Bodifier Dry Shampoo for Fine or Flat Hair. It is in a bright green can and it is around $5. I use it every other day. I have oily hair but fairly long and fine and too frequent washing dulls the color. This product has helped me a lot. I used to use Ojon Dry Shampoo and it is a great product but at $24 way too expensive.
