Best Concealer for Blemishes?

Hi Ladies,

There's always lots of talk here about undereye concealers, but what about blemish concealers? Or redness concealers? I have not yet found my HG in either category, but I'm particularly interested in finding one that works well for blemishes and/or redness. I am nearing 40 and for some reason my skin has started breaking out along my chin line--much like it did when I was 14!
