Just bought Tarte waterproof skinny brow pencil even though reviews were mixed, but while researching all the other brands and reading the reviews there wasn't ONE that really stood out. Watched all the videos too and to me Tarte's looked the best so I'm giving it a try. I was wondering if anyone uses this product?? If you do, how do you like it?!! Would love some feedback....thanks!
