Their scents are light but I like them like that. I have tried all the scents they have sold on Evine & the Honeyed Grapefruit, Heirloom Violet & Vanilla Absolute are more fragrant. The Heirloom Rose is also more fragrant but I have not used it yet.
Wow I actually think the Vanilla absolute is one of the most highly scented. Just goes to show we all have different perspectives on things!
Wow I thought it was the Honeyed Grapefruit. LOL!!! I can smell the smallest of gas leaks. There was a tiny pin hole in the flexible line on the water heater. The guy from the gas company could not believe I could smell that. He did not smell anything when he came out & DH could not smell it. He put soap suds on it & a tiny place bubbled.
@Nightowlz I love the honeyed grapfruit and it does have fragrance but still think Vanilla absolute beats it, lol. The honeyed grapefruit is what my hubby just used up and I really love the scent. I actually don't even smell the grapefruit after he started using it- to me it smells more floral-ish. Not overly but not citrus-y. What do you think?

i also spoke with mr thomas on 1/29. never said a word about natural preservatives. was concerned about the sour smell and asked for the batch #. told him i was not happy and he said they were going to look into the problem. since so many sets were fine. i think we just ended up with a bad batch. it happens. evine was crediting my account with shipping. my package still hasn't got there yet. so hoping for me this will be over soon.

The wipes were free? No they weren't. They were part of a special value. Because 4 bars of soap normally sell for X amount of dollars, does not mean anything else in a special value is free.
I am happy some customers received credit or replacement product but I do not like the insinuation that customers do not know the difference between a natural preservative and a spoiled product. Do not get me started on the fact that Evine CS denied they'd received any complaints.
Luckily I purchased the grapefruit and orange. My first purchase was the December special. I've been more than pleased with everything I received but based on the way this problem has been handled, I will not purchase another product from this line.

Yes, Mr. Thomas gave me the whole spiel too. Emailed me and then we spoke on the phone, he said he'd replace the wipes with scemted ones if I had no objection. I accepted what I thought to be a gracious offer and emailed him my address, etc. I've since received no email, no token "gift", nothing. What gets me angry is don't promise something and then not deliver. Customer totally lost here and everyone I know I will stop from purchasing anything BB since this company has now shown me they have zero integrity. I realize this is a business and they are out for the $$$, BUT in the end if you don't have customers, you won't have $$$ no matter what marketing tactics are used.
